​Kaddish Application

​Kaddish to be said during the first year after death for a $360 donation to Yad Yehuda of Greater Washington. 

​Kaddish will be recited at a minyan 3 times a day for the first 11 months and then again upon the yahrtzeit (anniversary of death). Reminders will be e-mailed on each subsequent yahrtzeit to anyone indicated on the form below. Upon request, we will gladly arrange for Kaddish to be said on each yahrzeit.
